I am an advanced lifter, but wish to compete in either physique or lifting but seek professional help.

What is online coaching?

Online coaching is a form of fitness training that is carried out online, usually via live or recorded video. It can be also just a form of tracking progression on the sheet or the app. It is designed for every person, as the coaching can be adjusted, depending of level of fitness experience. If You are currently using my services as a personal trainer, and you purchased a block of at least weekly sessions, online coaching is included in the price. For people who only want to do online coaching, and have not experience with training beforehand, it is recommended to book a block of personal training sessions first, to understeand correct technique and proper execution of exercises, while minimalizing a chance of potential injury. Second option is to purchase some sessions to be done through webcam, to make sure all the exercises in your training program will be executed correctly and safely. You will need to have your own gym equipment to hand for this to work.

What will I provide you with?

During our initial consultation and our free trial session, we will establish, what form of online training would be recommended, based on your level of fitness, your needs, and whether there will be any1 1:1 sessions required, or only online co-operation. We shall discuss potential injuries that have happened in the past, to determine your exercise selection but also intensity and frequency.
