Hi, my name is Marcin Szarek. I’ve been in the industry for over 8 years now. As a coach I get people in shape, help them overcome injuries, show them how to get stronger, and more comfortable in their own skin, while keeping the workouts fun and friendly.

What is personal training for?
Personal training is for people, motivated enough to make a change in their life.
It’s also for people who:
– Have aesthetic goals, whether it is to lose or gain weight.
– Want to get stronger, or more athletic.
– Are recovering from an injury,
– Would like to stay accountable to somebody,
– Feel better about themselves or just have somebody to help them get more confident in a gym environment.
What is included in the sessions?

– Online training,
– Customised nutrition strategy and supplement advice,
– Video exercise selection, including mobility, activity and stability exercises,
– Nutrition calorie sheet and tracking via MyFitnessPal,
– Personal calorie cookbook and online recipe file,
– Weekly check ins and updates,
– Support and motivation through Your fitness journey

How often should I train?

Depending on how advanced you are and the goal, the frequency of your training sessions, aswell as the PT sessions could be different. As a general rule, I advise more sessions at the start of our personal training journey. The minimum amount of sessions I would advise to begin with would be 1 session per week, but the more often we can train at the start, the quicker we can progress.

Do I need to have any equipment with me?

I recommend to have a pad-lock, to hide your personal belongings in the locker, and a bottle of water to keep hydrated throughout the session. Everything else, the gym will provide you with.

Do you do online coaching or personal group training?

I do online coaching, although I do recommend starting with at least a few sessions, to get good understanding of correct technique aswell as proper execution of exercises in your training plan. I also do group training with 2/3 people. The cost of each persons session is lower than individual sessions.
