I am an advanced lifter, but wish to compete in either physique or lifting but seek professional help.
What is general fitness
General fitness is a goal suited especially for those who are starting their journey with fitness. Training consists of a mixture of strength training as well as hypertrophy (muscle building), but also some conditioning (cardio). It’s for those who want to improve their athleticism, strength, but also improve their confidence, relieve stress, anxiety or just feel more energized.If You have an unclear vision of what you want to improve during your training sessions, start with a general fitness approach, and once you find the training style that translates the most into your liking and personality, then transition into something more personalized to yourself.

What will I provide you with?
During our initial consultation and our free trial session, we will establish, what form of training would be recommended, to get you started. We swill discuss potential injuries that happened in the past, to determine exercise selection but also intensity and frequency of your upcoming fitness plan.
I will help you:
- Setting realistic and achievable goals
- Setting a training program sustainable to your lifestyle and goals
- Setting your training sheet, to track all aspects of progression
- Exercise technique progression, by sending you videos of exercise selection and their execution, that will be linked to your tailored training program
- Nutrition, supplementation, but also helping you set calories and macronutrients, depending on your physique, previous calorie intakes, and amount of physical activity, to your target - Staying motivated, during the training sessions or through our online check-ins
