I am an advanced lifter, but wish to compete in either physique or lifting but seek professional help.
What is Injury rehabilitation & prehabilitation training?
Injuries are one of the biggest worries, when its comes to training. If a certain movement is executed poorly, with reduced range of motion, and weight is loaded too heavily, then the chance of potential injury is increasing greatly. Another factor might be poor training programming, choosing a wrong exercise selection for your goal and your body structure, or even executing your exercise correctly yet too frequently or for prolonged period of time. Outside of training aspect, you might be struggling with poor nutrition habits, prolonged calorie defict that is not allowing your body to work most optimally, or your recovery is not efficient enough to what your body needs. On top of that, if you are not a trained individual, and you are starting your fitness journey, there are more factors that you have to be aware of, before you start intensifying your workouts. One of those factors is that the lifestyle for majority of people past covid, is more sedentary, we also accumulate more trauma over time, our mobility is limited and we are deconditioned.

What will I provide you with?
This will all seem scary, especially when we know potential risks, and problems, when we starting our fitness journey. Many times I see people who start their training and they find it hard to leave the cardio section, or just stay with equipment that is not challenging enough to stimulate their growth and progression. Often times those people decide to give up shortly, since they are not provided with results, or continue and create a problem of a muscle imbalance, especially if they are not following tailored training program. My job as a coach is to get you started ont he right foot so your body exercise selection and progressive intensification over time. If you are already suffering from past injuries, I will include a specific routine to your needs, to help you recover, whilst getting stronger and fitter. During our initial consultation and our free trial session, we will establish, what form of training would be recommended, to get you started. We shall discuss potential injuries that might have happened in the past, and if you still suffer from them, I will include a specific routine and excercises to your needs, to help you recover from it while getting stronger and fitter. We will determine exercise selection but also intensity and frequency of your upcoming fitness plan.

- Setting a sustainable training plan to suit your lifestyle and goals
- Setting your training sheet, to track all aspects of progression
- Nutrition, supplementation, but also setting calories and macronutrients, depending on your physique, previous calorie intakes, amount of physical activity, to your target
- Staying motivated, during the training sessions or through our online check-ins
- Exercise technique progression, by sending you videos of exercise selection and their execution, that will be linked to your tailored training program
